Contacts and Services Mac version - download the Apple Mac version of the Contacts and Services database utility. Unzip the .zip file and install the disk image. Click on "Contacts and Services.app" in "Applications/Contacts and Services xxxx" (where xxxx is that latest version number). Previous versions will still be available so that you can upgrade.

This is the trial version. To upgrade go to "Get a License Key" from the Help menu (or Command-H).

Contacts and Services PC Version - download the PC version (Windows XP or Vista) of the Contacts and Services database utility. Unzip the .zip file and execute the file ContactsAndServices.exe. This will install and create two desktop shortcuts: "Contacts" and "Contacts_xxxx" where xxxx is the latest version. Click on Contacts to start. Links to previous version will enable you to upgrade.

This is the trial version. To upgrade go to "Get a License Key" from the Help menu (or Control-H).

On running Contacts and Services you may be asked for a username and password. The username is 'User" and the password "user". There is an option within the program to add additional security if desired.

There are 3 versions available:

Basic, with 1 tab for sessions and limited searching options
Intermediate, with 1 tab and more searching options
Full, with 4 tabs for sessions and full searching options.

The trial versoin will ask you each time what version you wish to try. It has a limit of 20 contacts, after which it will nag you. Note that changing versions will not affect any data already entered into the system.
